CRUCIFY HIM

Why, what evil has he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go.

King Herod Antipas and Pontius Pilate, governor of Roman Judea, wanted nothing to do with the execution of Jesus the Christ. It was the Hebrew Nation - not the Romans - that wanted His head served on a platter. The massive chant "crucify Him!!!"  - "crucify Him!!!"came from His own family men, His own kinsmen, they where the ones who wanted Him dead. The pompous and religious Isrealites, the ones that thought they knew Him, the ones that thought He wasn't nothing but the son of a carpenter, with a rag-tag bunch of outkast following Him. These are the ones who cried out "crucify Him" for He is not the one we want.

Although, the masses of the Jewish Hebrew community were just following their leaders - the pharises, the sucusess, and the priests.

Why are we so fixated on killing God's messengers?

The reason is partially become many of us still harbor that - crabs in a barrel - plantation mentality, every time one of us stands up for righteousness and truth, we the people, are often the very ones to bring Him down.  Many of us are about to miss the return of Christ simply because He will not be what we expected.  The bible states that He will not come with peace but yea a sword.

God has gotten tired of our foolishness. There is a stench in the nostrils of God because of our disobedience.

Children of the Most High God do we realize that we are killing each other in the inner cities of America in an unprecedented way.

During the darkest days of slavery when the masters would pit the strongest of  us against one another, to fight to the death, so that they could make a profit and be entertained by our misery - we never killed like this. In those days we were forced to kill one another....nobody is forcing us today.

 We are killing one another just for being Black and breathing air.!!!!

 Satan has our communities and many of us on a certain and clear path to destruction.

Why?

Because of our separation from God and His righteousness. Our only hope is in becoming godly sorrow and pleading to God for a true remission and repentance of sin followed by instruction in - and a return to  - the righteousness of God which will cause righteousness toward self and others.

The late Gil-Scott Heron, artist, poet and musician, once said; " America is sitting on the edge of it's seat, defeat is on the horizon, and it's very surprising that we "ALL" can see the plot, yet claim that we cannot."

Many believe that the crisis plaguing America, and especially Black America, is not an accident. Sam Blumenfeld, a leading advocate for phonics and the founder of "Hooked On Phonics", believes the inability to read is one of the major problems effecting us in our communties. He blames functional illiteracy as a major cause of the devastation in the Black community. Functional illiteracy has a substantial link to poverty and crime. He further states that, "Functional illiteracy is not a mystery, it is a Socialist plan to dumb-down the American people, particularly the Black and poor.

Christ came professing that, "ye must be born again." In order to be freed from the madness and trickery of this world you have to have an "inner' change. In order to get something you never had, you have to do something that you have never done. Who you are -  has to die, so who He wants you to be - can live. There has to be a manifestation of the spirit of God in the flesh of man/woman in order for righteousness to prevail in thoughts, deeds, and actions.

The religious leader's of that day had Him crucified for telling the truth about God. 

Who will they be crucifying today?

OBEDIENCE

    "I came into the world to save sinners of which I Am Chief"

Federal law suits were recently filed against the county towns of Ferguson and Jennings, Missouri on behalf of poor people who spent time in their jails for failure to pay fines for traffic violations and minor offenses.

 The lawsuits claim that those jailed were held indefinitely; were not provided with attorneys; and were kept in unsanitary conditions without adequate medical care. The suits claim that at least four people unable to pay for their freedom have committed suicide in jail in the past five months.

The U.S. Constitution, explicitly, forbids incarceration as punishment for indigence...or... in other words... incarceration for being poor in America.

How can it be that the most wealthiest and professed - holiest - nation on earth still maintains poverty and racism as the darkest scourges in the fabric of American society?

Today the spotlight is on Ferguson and Jennings. A few days ago the spot light was on New Orleans and Hurricane Katrina.

Who can forget that for a week the world watched people walking for miles in waist-deep water, the countless children that were separated from their parents, the cries of people dying in the streets and living on roof-tops and on Interstate 10? Who doesn't remember the countless bodies floating in contaminated water, and the human beings begging for a drop water? All those drastic visions only dramatize the magnitude of the problems and the shame of America's failure to deal justly with the poor.

It's written that God's people suffer for a lack of knowledge.

Primarily a lack of knowledge of God and His Creation, followed by a separation from God and His plan of salvation. Further we suffer from a lack of knowledge concerning ourselves - the children of God - and a lack of knowledge concern the world we live in. 

We have become weaker and wiser...wise to worldly things and weaker to what God requires...obedience.

 Doing what's right in the eyes of God requires constantly striving to stay in a state of constant prayer. Attempting to always be conscious of God's presence in our lives. Being determined to over-come sin's of the flesh with right thoughts, deeds, and actions that proceed from the heart.

In most jurisdictions within the United States, people can be held in contempt of court and jailed after "willfully" non-payment of child support, garnishments, confiscations, fines,  and back taxes.

However, if you make, "ALL" your court appearance's, and tell the truth, chances are, you can stay out of jail. Often we go to jail for dis-obedience..."willfully" failing to appear.  And then when we do appear, we attempt to lie our way out of the situation.

To take your place as a child of God requires.... aspiring to perfection in this life....living up-right...repenting...and allowing God to draw and guide your soul to Himself.

Church Fathers and theologians distinguish three stages or states of perfection. The state of beginners,  the state of the progressing, and the state of the perfect.

You must practice what you profess.

It all starts with obedience.........Ye must be born again!!!

COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Be'-li-al? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols?

On June 11, 1963 George Wallace, the Governor of Alabama, in a symbolic attempt to block the integration of the University of Alabama, by two black students, stood toe-to-toe, when confronted by the Deputy U.S. Attorney General and pledged to keep his inaugural promise of "segregation now, segregation tomorrow, and segregation forever."

The incident brought George Wallace into the national spotlight.

 President Richard Nixon is quoted to have said," The whole problem is really the blacks. The key is to devise a system that recognizes this while not appearing to."

 How sad that the entire American system revolves around race and spiritual wickedness in high places.

Consider this:                                            

If we are all made in the image and likeness of God, - and we are - and if God is a Spirit - and He is - then that makes us spiritual beings having a human experience, and not human beings having a spiritual experience. Right? -Right!!!!!        

Then.

If all the professed "knowers" of The Most High God, truly understand this simple and righteous truth, - why do we have so much hatred in the world? If all the followers of Jesus The Christ, Mohammed, and Moses, truly realize that God is not a respecter of persons, skin tones, races, pigmentation, or hues - why is there so much destruction? Why is America so deeply embedded in white supremacy if we know that God is not color struck?

Frankly, if God shows any favoritism at all it would have to be toward the descendants of the Original Hebrews from Africa.

 Lets look at some statistics:

 The average 2013 household income for whites is $58, 270.00, for blacks its $34.598.00. The average 2011 American household net worth for whites is $91.405.00, for blacks its, $6,446.00.

 Forty-two percent of all the preschoolers suspended in America are Black.

From 2010-2012, Black males between the ages of 15 and 19 years old were 21 times as likely as their White peers to be killed by police and 56% of all reported deadly police shooting victims were non-White. The average racial breakdown of full-time sworn police personnel in 2007 was 74.7% White and 11.9% Black. DNA exonerations in the United States since 1989 are 62.6% Black and 29.9% White.

Government assistance, or welfare, has been a temporary saving grace for families with little or no income. Today, it has become a political tool used by conservatives and liberals alike. But evidence proves that the White community has a higher percentage of conviction for welfare fraud than any other racial group.

White single parents with children represents the largest percentage of households on welfare and represent the lions share of food-stamp recipients 37.6%.

The percentage of patients likely to receive discrimination in medical care: Blacks 12.2 % and Whites 5.9%.

Unfortunately, having a Black president in office after nearly six years has only put a dent in four centuries of systemic oppression.

However, just  based on these few statistics alone, isn't it obvious whose side God is on? He keeps on keeping us even in our disobedience and ignorance.

"For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I WILL DWELL IN THEM, AND WALK IN THEM; AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD. AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE. WHEREFORE COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM, AND BE YE SEPARATE, saith the Lord, AND TOUCH NOT THE UNCLEAN THING; AND I WILL RECEIVE YOU, AND WILL BE A FATHER UNTO YOU, AND YE SHALL BE MY SONS AND DAUGHTERS, saith the Lord Almighty. Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

THE DAYS OF RAGE

"For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another"

 

On October 20, 1981 in Nanuet, New York  the Weather Underground Organization (WUO) in collaboration with the Black Liberation Army (BLA), robbed a Brinks armored truck containing $1.6 million dollars. Two policeman and one security guard were  killed in the violent confrontation.

WUO, a predominately all white clandestine revolutionary party for the violent overthrow of the United States Government issued a "Declaration of War" against the united states, primarily because of its involvement in the Viet Nam War and the murder of Black Panther Party(BPP) leader - Fred Hampton.

WUO believed that the young people in this country were being channeled, coerced, misled ,misused, and mis-educated in the school setting. According to WUO, young people were being alienated from the authentic processes of learning about the world. They were convinced that school was where the youth were oppressed by the system and where students were taught to tolerate the faults of society instead of rise against them.

WOU was one of the first organizations to define and clarify the life style now known as "white privilege" in America. WUO further believed that "doing nothing in a period of repressive violence is itself a form of violence. If you sit in your house, live your white life and go to your white job and allow the country that you live in to murder people and commit genocide, and do nothing about it, "that's violence."

How sad that Amerikkka today is still America of yesterday.

In 2015, at the America's Center, in St Louis. MO, about 30 anti-racism activist walked through the St. Louis RV Vacation & Camp Travel Show with "Free Racism" and "Are You Comfortable" drawn on their cheeks and foreheads.

Several were arrested.

The silent protest at America's Center involved students and legal activists, many had been regularly protesting since the shooting of Michael Brown by Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson.

Fast forward to 2017 in St Louis, the American Civil Liberties Union, has filed a suit regarding constitutional rights violations by the police after the not-guilty verdict in the Jason Shockly murder trial.

The ACLU's list of alleged constitutional violations include, but are not limited to:
1.  The use of chemical agents.
2.  attacking people indiscriminately.
3.  use of pepper spray.
4.  use of pepper balls.
5.  use of rubber bullets.
6.  use of tear gas, and on... and on.... and on.

Evidently, something is seriously amiss in St. Louis because not only is racism alive and well; but it has reached a fever pitch.

But apparently, there is hope.

Because lately, the majority of the protesters being abused are "white."

 Evidently, this new generation of protesters has taken a page from the WUO hand-book and realized that, "if you sit in your house, and live your white life, and go to your white job, and allow the country that you live in to murder people, and commit genocide, and do nothing about it.......THAT'S VIOLENCE."

The Apostle Paul declared that we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, deceived, and hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God TOWARD MAN appeared. Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his MERCY he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit.

 Marvel not, ye must be born again.

RELIGION.....Past and Present

This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me........

Considering the lack of peace in the world today its almost ridicules to believe that " modern day preachers, divines, priests, ministers, what-have-you " truly honor and worship God. The effectual fervent pray of a righteous man availeth  much. Righteous thoughts, deeds, and actions breed righteousness into the atmosphere. Righteousness is the main element of peace. Therefore, it is vain for men to think that peace can be achieved if there is no effort to change their evil ways. Its absurd to constantly preach peace without any righteous deeds to manifest it.

Thank God for real men who would rather die on their feet than to keep living on their knees. Members of The Clergy....... many are called..... but only a few are chosen.

 may have said it best when he said many, many, many years ago that,
                                                                        
 "The church regards religion simply as a form of worship, an empty ceremony, and not a vital principle, requiring active benevolence, justice, love, and good will towards man. It esteems sacrifice above mercy; psalm-singing above right doing; solemn meetings above practical righteousness.

 A worship that can be conducted by persons who refuse to give shelter to the homeless, to give bread to the hungry, clothing to the naked, and who enjoin obedience to a law forbidding these acts of mercy is a curse, not a blessing to mankind.

The Bible addresses all such persons as "scribes, Pharisees, hypocrites, who pay tithe of mint, anise, and cumin, and have omitted the weightier matters of  the law, judgment, mercy, and faith.

But the church of this country is not only indifferent to the wrongs of the slave, it actually takes sides with the oppressors. Many of its most eloquent Divines, who stand as the very lights of the church, have shamelessly given the sanction of religion and the Bible to the whole slave system.

 They have taught that man may, properly, be a slave; that the relation of master and slave is ordained of God; that to send back an escaped slave to his master is clearly the duty of all the followers of the Lord Jesus Christ; and this horrible blasphemy is palmed off upon the world for Christianity.

For my part, I would say, welcome infidelity! welcome atheism! welcome anything! in preference to the gospel, as preached by these Divines.

These ministers make religion a cold and filthy-hearted thing, having neither principles of right action nor bowels of compassion.
                                                               
They strip the love of God of its beauty and leave the throne of religion a huge, horrible, repulsive form.

 It is a religion for oppressors, tyrants, man-stealers, and thugs.

 A religion which favors the rich against the poor, which exalts the proud above the humble; which divides mankind into two classes, tyrants and slaves; which says to the man in chains, stay there; and to the oppressor, oppress on; it is a religion which may be professed and enjoyed by all the robbers and enslavers of mankind; it makes God a respecter of persons, denies his fatherhood of the race, and tramples in the dust the great truth of the brotherhood of man.

" Members of the clergy, if this doesn't describe you; then I'm not talking about you, however, if this is you, then I'm taking directly to you"

A SINNERS PRAYER

Merriam Webster, the voice of linguistic authority, defines the word insane as follows: not sane, mentally ill, deranged, demented, very foolish, or senseless.

Jesus the Christ was considered insane by many because of the new teachings he brought into the world. The Spirit within compelled him to deliver direct ordinances from God . Christ came demonstrating the power of God manifested in flesh. His revolutionary teachings were empowering the masses who were helpless and hopeless until Christ came with the sword of truth. The Spirit of God mandated and ushered in a New Day, A New Covenant. The New Covenant required repentance and conversion - a true born again experience - followed by instruction in righteousness and oneness with the Creator. Empowerment was guaranteed because truth was the quest. Truth of self and truth of others.

The beautiful and dramatic story of Christ, the pioneer perfecter of our faith, begins with a Galilean Jew, a Hebrew, from Nazareth. He spoke Aramaic, frequented the synagogues of Galilee and Judea and was well acquainted with Jewish Law.

The story takes place in what was originally called Far East Africa.

How disturbing it is to know that  much of the bible, as we know it, was put together and re-interpreted during the Middle Ages by the Catholic Church, almost a generation after the death of Christ. The re-interpretation was orchestrated and structured, to instill fear in the masses of uneducated peasants so they would not revolt or turn their focus on the spiritual wickedness and moral illness within the Catholic Church. The bible was, and some would say, is currently being used to instill fear and demand obedience from people of color, those still in,  as well as those stolen from, the continent of Africa.

How ironic it is that over 2000 years since Christ appeared manifested in human flesh, that many of us, some because of deception, and some because of ignorance, have not seen the senselessness of following the status quo.

Good-ole-boy politics is not the solution to the problems that plague our communities, our cities, and our world. Neither is coerced or compelled situational justice,  marginal temporary employment opportunities, government programs and set-asides,  emotional religious entertainment revivals, or misguided, random acts of violence and mayhem.

We've already either had or tried all of the aforementioned solutions to the madness that is plaguing our society. We've tried them all, over and over again. We continue to do the same things and expect a different result - that's  insanity.

The Sinners Prayer is an evangelical term referring to a prayer of repentance, prayed by individuals who feel convicted of the presence of sin in their lives and desire to establish a personal relationship with God through Christ. It is a popular phenomenon in Protestant circles, and has been called "a hallmark of evangelical conversionism". It is intended to be an act of initial conversion to Christianity, and the only way to receive salvation. During a worship service, a minister or other worship leader, will have those who are  truly, and godly sorry, for their disobedience to God, repeat the words of some form of a sinner's prayer.  Christ said ye must be born again, be taught and then - be ye separate.

  If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. That's my prayer.

THE KINGDOM OF GOD

American history documents that in 1705 the Virginia General Assembly issued a declaration stating that "All servants imported and brought into the country...who were not Christians in their native country...shall be held to be real estate.  If any slave resists his master...correcting such slave, and shall happen to be killed in such correction...the master shall be free of all punishment...as if such accident never happened."

How ironic it is that the more things change the more they stay the same.

According to Christian theology, the current world is flawed by original sin.  So when the Christ returns He will usher in an era of world peace, and end all hatred, oppression, suffering and disease.  The Advent of Christ shall be a sigh for the coming of the hour of Judgment of God.

The question for the masses is, "How will we know it's Him?....."What will He look like?"
"What will He be shepherding  us to do?"

Statistics indicate that there are over 2.18 billion professing Christians in the world.

 Accordingly, 253 million of them reside in America.  With that many people professing to know the Christ, why is the world in the shape that it's in? 

Why has America been on a continuious downward spiral for over 400 hundred years instead of an upward progression toward righteousness, freedom, equality, justice and truth for all mankind?

Why is it that 11:00 a.m. Sunday morning is still the most segregated hour in the country?

How is it possible to verbally adore a God that we have never seen and yet hate our fellow man that we see on a daily basis?

Scripture describes people that say one thing and do another as hypocrites.

People that acknowledge God with their mouth but their heart is far from Him.
People that are also guilty of practicing  polytheism - making a God beside God.
People that attempt to make God be about money and power - about titles and possessions.
People that believe that God is fleshy and not Spiritual - proclaiming that God is a respecter of persons, skin tones, or hues.

Many of us are waiting for the Second Coming of Christ and wandering when the kingdom of God shall appear.

Stop waiting....you must be the change you want to see in the earth.

Have we forgotten, that Christ said," for behold, the kingdom of God is within you."

REPENT!!!!!!!!!!!

"Except a man be born again, He cannot see or enter into the kingdom of God."
